i’m not doing terrible, really. it’s just that current events have me stressed out and on edge, and i have anger issues as it is, so the smallest thing these days makes me wig out. it’s usually dumb stuff that wouldn’t be a big deal to most people.
sorry for being so angry today, guys. i need to get better at controlling my temper.
I wish there was a simpler way to say “I know that what I’m upset / angry about isn’t really a big deal, but I have extreme difficulty regulating my emotional response to things so I’d appreciate some support and time to work my feelings out”
