So what’s your Pokemon SM team?

I still have no idea what I’ll end up using for Sun because there’s so many good choices this gen, but my Moon team was Primarina, Raichu, Muk, midday Lycanroc, Meganium, and 10% Zygarde.

I also briefly tried using Baile Oricorio, but it only gets one decent attacking move before level 36, and I don’t have that kind of patience.

What are your top favorite 5 boss battles?

From any game? Yeesh, I don’t even know.

The battles with Ryuju, Infel, and Nenesha (they’re back-to-back, so I count them as one) from Ar tonelico II have always stuck with me for having some of my favorite music in the entire trilogy. Plus I love Infel and Nenesha as characters.

The true pacifist battle with Asriel is amazing. The music, the visuals, the dialogue, everything. It’s the perfect conclusion to the route. Also, that ending scene made me bawl.

It’s a pretty cliche answer, but fighting Red in the Johto games is always so cool. In HeartGold in particular, I decided to see if I could beat him with all my Pokemon in the mid-50s at the highest. It took probably around 20 tries, but I finally did it, and it felt so rewarding.

Uranus from Rez. The whole thing creeped me out when I was a kid for some reason, but now it’s my favorite part of the entire game. The music is fucking sick and it feels like you’re moving at 200mph.

I’ve already gone over how I relate to her backstory and what it means to me personally. And while it’s obviously not true anymore, I used to have a more similar personality to hers as well. Also, I too am hella vengeful.

I’m not sure? But if she can get along with Hope, I wouldn’t totally write off the possibility that we’d be bros.

tbh i reblogged the post because i knew someone would ask about her and listen. i’m love her.

  • sexual orientation headcanon: either bisexual or biromantic asexual. i’m sure some people are asking why i’d headcanon her as ace, and the answer is because fuck you, that’s why. i do it because i can.
  • gender headcanon: cis i guess; idk i don’t normally headcanon characters otherwise unless someone brings it up first, dunno why
  • mental illness / neurodivergent headcanon: she developed ptsd after a certain childhood incident, but she’s made one damn good effort to recover. tbh about half the reason i love her is because of this headcanon and how i’ve been using it as self-motivation
  • 3 random headcanons:
    • 100% the type of person who would send you a link to horrifying, “weird part of the internet” stuff at 4AM, just to see your reaction
    • she can rationalize her own criminal behavior, since it’s not as if she’s permanently hurting anyone, but she has nothing but contempt for anyone who crosses that line by willfully killing an innocent or causing them permanent harm.
    • cross, hope, and eventually irina are the only party members who can stand her. the rest of the team pretty much only tolerates her because she’s cross’ friend.
