Nowadays my opinion on cisphobia, heterophobia, etc. is that prejudice against those groups may not be nonexistent, but it’s not comparable to any sort of institutionalized oppression. A trans kid being a complete asshole to cis people isn’t a good thing, sure, but it’s an individual prejudice that doesn’t threaten its targets the way transphobia does.

I’m not gonna take it personally unless it gets to the level of actual harassment, so don’t worry about me. I’m mostly just frustrated because, guys, baseless accusations are part of the problem I was just talking about.
