it is a general rule of the internet that anyone gushing about a nintendo franchise they like will inevitably be met with people who are extremely bitter that they aren’t gushing about metroid instead and they WILL make this known

it used to be earthbound, didnt it? can we go back to that? earthbound fans werent bitter and mean they were just sad. i want to go back to that.

i think the earthbound fandom is collectively resigned to the fact that their franchise is dead, the metroid fandom doesn’t like when anyone else has fun, and i don’t know what the f-zero fandom does but i bet they’re biding their time for the right moment

the f-zero fandom spent so much time going fast that they damaged their ability to percieve time and now they think its still 2003
