“This character is (insert headcanon). It’s canon, and if you don’t agree it is literally erasure and you’re a bigot. Sorry, but I don’t make the rules sweetie.”

It’s okay to have your own headcanons, no one is saying that you can’t. But when you start using passive agressive tactics in order to get people to accept it and keep insisting that it’s canon, that’s when you need to simmer down.
