I have seasonal affective disorder, and this is around the time of year when I need to start watching my moods and taking appropriate action ASAP if things seem to be heading south. I’m extremely susceptible to negative emotions at this time of year, so could ny’all please tag that kind of stuff as #negativity?

This isn’t to say that friends can’t vent to me or anything like that. I don’t place my feelings above anyone else’s, and I’m not going to shut out my friends unless I’m in a really horrible place. But I do need to limit my exposure to arguments, upsetting current events, etc.
